Lost Again kicks off swiftly with a rattling sequence, layered on heavy percussion and suspense-inducing chords. Distorted vocal chops add a sense of mystery, enhancing the spirit of adventure into the unknown imprinted by the melody.. Developing into a spoken word-like sequence, the vocals add to the atmosphere, just before a violin break takes center stage.
End of Game evokes a familiar and nostalgic ambiance, aptly crafted through wistful loops and dreamy percussion. Delving into an array of synths at peak point, it induces a hypnotic state, sustained by high vibrant strings, conjuring up an emotive environment.
Julian Wassermann dives in on remix duties, providing two solid alternatives to End of Game. The first remix strips down the elevated twists, reverting to the melodic backbone and emphasising the track’s dance appeal. The Error Remix offers a more dynamic bend to the construction, that draws in from the get go and surprises with a punch-heavy bassline and compelling groove.
